Welcome to our Council member Dr Jessie Levens

In February, the Vet Council welcomed Dr Jessie Levens, who was elected in December 2025.

Jessie is the Clinical Director of a group of companion animal clinics in Northland and Auckland. She brings a combination of frontline clinical experience and leadership across multi-site teams to the Council, along with a perspective that reflects the daily realities of the profession. Jessie was motivated to stand for the Council to encourage veterinarians in their day-to-day work.
